Privacy
Last updated September 1, 2026. This policy is for Blinnk, a consumer messenger operated by PepLabs LLC in the United States.
Who we are
PepLabs LLC (“we”) operates Blinnk. This page describes what we collect when you use the Blinnk apps and this website, and why. It is written for people, not as a substitute for a future jurisdiction-specific notice if we add one.
What we collect
If you create a Blinnk account, we may process:
- The phone number or email you use to register
- A display name and optional profile photo you choose
- Device and app version data needed to deliver messages and calls
- Basic diagnostics, such as crash reports you can send
We do not ask this marketing site for an account. Pages here may log standard web request data (IP address, user agent, and the page requested) for security and uptime.
How we use it
We use this information to operate Blinnk: route messages and calls, keep your account working, fix bugs, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your chats to train public models.
Encryption — honest status
End-to-end encryption for Blinnk messages and calls is not on today. It is on the product roadmap and will be labeled Coming in the app until it ships. Transport security (HTTPS / TLS) protects data in transit to our servers. That is not the same as end-to-end encryption, and we will not describe it as such.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run infrastructure (for example, cloud hosting), when required by law, or if PepLabs LLC is involved in a merger or sale — in which case this policy still applies until you are told otherwise. We do not sell your contact graph.
Retention and your choices
Account data stays while your account is open. You can ask us to delete an account, and we will remove what we no longer need to keep for security, billing disputes, or the law. Store listings are not live yet; when they are, in-app account deletion will be documented here.
Children
Blinnk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Contact
Privacy questions: write to PepLabs LLC, United States, via the contact path listed on the Help page. This policy may change; we will update the date above when it does.
